低压控制器系统功能开发部门经理职位描述 职位概述 作为汽车电子低压控制系统功能开发部门经理，您将全面负责区域控制器（Zonal Controller）、电池管理系统（BMS）、底盘域控制器（Chassis Domain Controller）及整车域控制器（Vehicle Domain Controller）的功能开发与集成。您需领导跨职能团队，推动软件定义汽车（SDV）架构落地，确保产品符合功能安全、信息安全及性能指标要求，支撑智能化与网联化功能迭代。 核心职责 1.功能开发 需求与架构设计： 主导车身域（车门控制、灯光系统等）、热管理、底盘域（制动/转向/悬架执行）及动力域（整车控制）的功能需求分解，制定模块化架构方案。 设计硬件抽象层（HAL）接口，适配AUTOSAR CP/AP中间件，确保与传感器/执行器的兼容性。 功能定义与优化： 定义产品相关控制策略，优化性能。 集成相关标准协议，协议。 功能集成与融合： 集成制动系统（ESC）、转向系统（EPS）及悬挂控制，实现底盘域功能协同。 设计实时控制算法，优化车辆动态性能（如稳定性控制）。 推动区域控制器与中央域控的数据共享（如传感器融合数据），减少ECU数量。 设计服务化架构（SOA），支持功能按需订阅。 SDV开发： 支持功能动态配置（如运动模式切换），通过OTA升级更新控制策略。 实现基于SOME/IP或DDS的通信协议，支持功能动态部署（如远程启用/禁用空调控制） 开发边缘计算能力，集成本地决策逻辑（如碰撞预判算法），减少云端依赖。 开发流程优化： 建立基于模型的开发（MBD）流程，集成Simulink、MATLAB等工具链进行算法仿真。 实施敏捷开发与持续集成（CI/CD），缩短迭代周期。 安全与测试： 满足ASIL-D功能安全要求，设计冗余监控电路与故障注入测试用例。 2. 团队管理与技术领导 团队组建与协调： 管理团队，制定开发计划与里程碑，确保按时交付。 协调供应商、OEM及内部团队，解决资源冲突与优先级问题。
