Senior FP&A Manager 上海 社招 全职 互联网 / 电子 / 网游 职位描述 职位概述作为财务规划与分析团队核心成员，负责构建高效、及时的财务数据体系，确保管理层和投资者能够实时掌握经营状况。支撑上市公司合规披露要求，驱动数据驱动的战略决策。- 核心职责 一、及时性数据体系建设- 搭建实时/准实时财务仪表盘，覆盖收入、成本、现金流、关键运营指标，确保管理层随时可查阅最新经营数据- 建立快速关账机制，推动月结至T+5以内- 设计自动化数据管道，打通业务系统与财务系统的数据流，减少人工汇总和手工报表- 建立预警机制，对收入波动、成本异常、现金流风险等设定阈值，触发即时预警- 推动数据口径统一，确保财务数据、业务数据、对外披露数据的一致性和可追溯性 二、财务规划与分析 - 主导年度预算、季度滚动预测- 按业务线进行收入拆解和盈利性分析- 进行建模和情景分析，支持IR团队对外沟通 三、合规与投资人支持 - 支持Earnings材料准备：MD&A分析、KPI趋势分析- 配合外部审计师、其他监管机构的数据需求和问询- 支持投资人关系团队，快速响应分析师的财务数据问询和模型验证 四、业务分析与决策支持 - 追踪业务核心指标，为业务提供及时的策略反馈- 为定价调整、新产品商业化提供即时财务测算 职位要求 必须条件- 本科及以上学历，财务、会计、经济学或相关专业- 10年以上工作经验，其中至少3年在上市公司担任FP&A职责- 有主导或深度参与快速关账、财务数据自动化项目的经验-
