采购工程师（CM岗 国内家电） 深圳 全职 生产 / 制造 / 加工 职位描述 1，供应商开发与管理：建立和健全供应商开发、维护、跟踪及评估体系，并结合业务发展需要及各品类AVL供应商选择标准，不断扩充供应商资源池建立及增加优质供应资源储备或AVL供应商优化，并通过“高层互动机制、采购日常作业交流机制、供应商KPI考核机制、供应商分级分类管理机制、供应商奖惩机制、供应商协同机制”等 ，与供应商建立更合适的关系；2，采购策略管理：动态调研、分析市场商情及大环境变化，结合订单情况（含预测）、市场定位及客户战略，循环输出未来13周供应布局调整及物料控制策略（半导体及瓶颈物料尽可能循环看未来52周）；3，成本管理：通过各种手段包括但不限于商务谈判、竞标、兼容替代、协同研发或技术部门实施新材料或新工艺的创新使用等合理控制并不断优化成本，以确保在持续竞争中达成公司成品材料售价比及成本控制目标要求（含持续推进低毛利项目成本优化及专项降本）；4，协助RFQ处理异常（含新项目成本不达标时的COSTDOWN协助、重大交付异常协助）；5，审核RFQ输出的BOM评审意见。 职位要求 1、本科或以上学历，5年以上电子制造行业项目采购工作经验； 2、熟悉各种电子元器件或结构件的性能和价格行情，熟悉电子生产企业工艺流程，具备项目管理、质量、环境、安全管理体系相关要求的知识； 3、熟悉供应商开发管理的基本流程和相关知识； 4、沟通表达能力好，成本意识强，执行力强，有责任心。5、会英语听说能力者优先。 投递...
