前期整车尺寸工程师 合肥 社招 全职 工程技术 - 质量管理 本科及以上 5-7 年 职位描述 -制定项目尺寸管理计划,按时完成项目尺寸交付物;-制定与发布项目车身内外饰尺寸技术规范(DTS)目标,牵头车身内&外饰尺寸开发集成策略方案的制定,负责整车尺寸偏差分析及车身内外饰DTS/性能尺寸（底盘、AD、电池包）的风险评估;制定关键零件的GD&T Markup-负责造型、结构、工艺的前期尺寸SE分析工作，对造型、结构、工艺设计等提出优化建议并推动更改-审核与支持整车产品零件的图纸,起草与发布白车身图纸及厂内车身过程总成图纸;-负责试制及投产阶段尺寸集成设计方案的验证，“五新”设计的方案验证;-支持整车集成部门的尺寸分析需求,支持相关的尺寸实现方案开发与风险评估;-支持工业化阶段的尺寸验证和设计问题解决,包括但不限于,模/夹/检方案的支持、DTS目标的验证、尺寸集成方案的设计验证、零部件实物尺寸走访和质量提升、现场尺寸匹配问题的分析与解决等 职位要求 -全日制本科,学士学位及以上、车辆、机械工程相关专业;-5年以上相关工作经验,2个以上完整项目全过程尺寸开发经验;-大学英语CET-4级及以上,具备英语阅读能力、熟练交流能力;-掌握整车尺寸工程开发流程,熟悉冲压/焊接/涂装/总装四大工艺以及工装/检具/模具设计/夹具设计;熟悉零部件的常用制造工艺，如冲压、注塑、铸造等工艺-掌握几何尺寸与公差标注(GD&T)知识;-具备一维及三维尺寸偏差分析建模能力(3DCS)-了解质量管理工具(SPC、MSA、APQP、PPAP、FMEA)、质量改进工具、六西格玛设计流程、7颗钻石问题分析流程、概率统计。知道质量管理体系相关知识;-掌握CATIAV5/6,3DCS软件、Microsoft Office，飞书文档/多维表格-有汽车车身内外饰或底盘、三电等系统开发经验者优先;-具有较强的工作主动性与执行力,具有团队协作精神和良好的沟通协调能力。 投递...
