创意视频制作专员 深圳 社招 全职 职位描述 1. 全流程爆款短视频制作。负责爆款短视频全流程制作，落地高传播短视频内容；制定符合平台调性的视觉风格与叙事逻辑，独立完成从选题到成片的全链路创作。2. 前期统筹与拍摄执行。基于内容选题打磨脚本、协调场景及演员、制定拍摄方案，确保内容创意可落地且持续迭代；独立完成拍摄执行（场景选择、构图设计、演员调度），熟练操作相机及灯光设备，能完成产品开箱、户外场景、棚拍、剧情相关、创意玩法等多种拍摄任务。3. 后期精剪与包装。负责完整的后期制作过程，具备优秀的视频剪辑能力；使用 Premiere Pro / 剪映 / Insta360 Studio 等工具完成精剪、节奏卡点、调色、音效设计及字幕包装，确保内容创意落地并提升完播率，交付可直接发布的成品视频。4. 数据驱动优化。实时跟踪视频的完播率、互动峰值等核心数据，定期复盘内容表现，追踪视频表现，总结经验，提炼方法；据此优化内容创作方向与剪辑节奏，持续产出高质量优秀内容。5. 素材管理与跨团队协作。建立个人素材库与可复用剪辑模板，提升团队整体产出效率；与策划、运营、产品等角色高效配合，参与内容评审并主动贡献创意。 职位要求 1. 1-3 年短视频制作经验，有爆款内容创作案例（附作品数据），影像行业经历优先；校招候选人需有完整实习项目经历，能独立完成 30 秒以上短视频的全流程制作。2. 精通策划、拍摄及后期剪辑包装，熟练使用 Premiere Pro / After Effects 等工具；了解 DaVinci Resolve 调色流程；熟悉平台算法与用户行为。3. 掌握构图、运镜、灯光基础，能独立完成产品特写、户外运动场景、Vlog 等多类型拍摄。4.
