学科语料建设工程师（数据与工具方向） 北京 全职 本科及以上 职位描述 1. 学科数据调研与需求分析- 配合项目团队走访合作高校及科研机构，系统摸排各学科已有数据的类型、规模、格式、质量及使用方式；- 与学科教师、学生及项目负责人沟通，理解不同学科的数据特点、科研场景和语料建设需求；- 分析文本、图像、表格、数据库、多模态数据及学科专用格式，识别语料加工中的重点和难点；- 整理形成学科数据清单、现状分析、需求说明及初步建设建议。2. 语料加工方案与标准建设- 根据不同学科的数据特点，协助制定数据解析、清洗、结构化、标注、质检和语料化方案；- 参与制定语料格式、元数据、标注规范、质量指标和验收要求，并结合学科特点形成可执行的加工规范；- 针对学科团队提出的数据加工和工具选型问题，提供可落地的技术建议；- 对加工流程和产出结果进行检查，协助定位质量问题并提出优化方案；- 持续跟进语料建设进展，推动加工方案和标准落地。3. 数据工具应用与技术支持- 熟悉项目现有的数据加工工具和软件，并根据不同数据场景提出工具选型、组合使用及优化建议；- 指导学科教师和学生使用相关工具，解决语料建设过程中的常见技术问题；- 面向学科团队开展工具演示、操作培训和阶段性答疑，编写操作手册及加工指南；- 收集各学科在工具使用过程中的需求和反馈，协助项目团队持续优化工具能力。 职位要求 1、计算机、数据科学、人工智能、信息管理、理工科或相关专业本科及以上学历；2、具备数据处理或数据工程基础，能够理解不同类型数据的结构、格式和加工流程；3、熟悉 Python等常用数据处理工具，具备基础的数据清洗、转换、解析和质量分析能力；4、了解数据集或语料库建设流程，包括采集、清洗、标注、质检、版本管理和交付；5、具备较强的需求理解、问题分析和方案表达能力，能够将技术方案转化为清晰、可执行的操作建议；6、具备良好的跨专业沟通、培训和项目推进能力，愿意深入学科场景解决实际问题；7、工作细致、有责任心，能够持续跟进多个学科的语料建设任务。 职位信息 部门： Science Navigator 投递...
