-工作点：武汉， 岗位职责： -系统方案设计与深化 系统（BAS自控系统、EPMS动环监控系统）的系统方案设计、深化设计及技术评审，输出点表、深化图纸、施工图纸、控制柜盘图等。 -全流程项目实施调试 具备能力独立负责BAS系统及IDC环控系统的程序编制及调试（Webctrl逻辑、PLC逻辑、组态软件配置、一体化平台组态配置）、现场设备接口对接、通讯协议调试（Modbus/BACnet/61850），完成系统联调与验收； -技术文档与交付管理 编写全周期技术文档：调试计划、调试报告、用户操作手册及竣工资料；组织用户培训，确保系统高效运维； 主导项目交付，管理施工进度、质量及成本，协调安装团队解决现场问题，保障项目按期高质量交付。 -售前支持与售后优化 配合销售团队完成技术方案设计编制、客户技术答疑； 提供售后技术支持和维保服务、解决交付项目运行问题，维护已交付系统稳定运行。 -平台化能力拓展 持续学习IDC环控系统与一体化运维平台的发展方向， 持续学习自动化控制新技术，推动新的解决方案落地， 岗位要求： -工作点：武汉，能够充分适应项目交付实施异地差旅需求 -学历与专业背景 本科及以上学历，自动化控制、暖通空调（HVAC）、机电一体化、计算机或电气工程相关专业； 优先：精通西门子PLC、WINCC组态软件、中控PLC、 -核心经验要求（3-5年） 必须具备： 3年以上BAS系统（楼宇自动化）、IDC一体化项目（EPMS/DCIM/BAS）、数据中心环控或工业自动化项目经验； 独立完成全流程项目：方案设计、DDC/PLC编程、现场调试、项目管理，熟悉数据中心动环设备（空调、UPS、EPMS）控制逻辑。 -优先经验： 主导过≥2个大型IDC项目（如金融、互联网企业数据中心）的BAS系统实施及调试； 有数据中心实施经验； 有冷机群控系统（如离心机/螺杆机群控）或工业自动化项目调试经验。 -技能要求： Webctrl系统 PLC与组态系统： 精通西门子S7-1200/1500等PLC编程或DDC系统编程，能独立完成控制逻辑开发； 熟练使用Wincc、组态王、力控等组态软件或Webtrl系统，掌握触摸屏编程（西门子HMI、威纶通、昆仑通态、屏通）； 协议与集成： 精通Modbus、BACnet、IEC 61850等通讯协议，具备跨系统数据集成经验（如将BAS系统接入DCIM平台）； 工具与文档： 熟练使用AutoCAD绘制施工图、控制柜接线图； 精通Office（Excel数据处理、PowerPoint方案汇报）、Photoshop基础操作（设备图纸标注/优化）。 软技能与职业素养： 现场能力：动手能力强，能快速定位并解决现场设备通讯、控制逻辑问题；
