【27届校招】世界模型研究员 北京、上海、深圳 正式 研发 - 算法 职位描述 我们致力于构建新一代自动驾驶大模型，通过世界模型（World Model）学习真实物理世界的时空规律，实现自动驾驶系统对未来环境的预测、推理与决策能力。 你将参与自动驾驶世界模型的前沿研究，并推动研究成果在真实自动驾驶系统中的规模化应用，包括但不限于： 1.研究并构建面向自动驾驶的 Predictive / Generative World Model，学习真实物理世界的长期时空动态及因果规律，探索世界模型作为驾驶智能体模型以及环境仿真模型的核心能力。2.研究视频生成（Video Generation）、未来预测（Future Prediction）、时空建模（Spatio-temporal Modeling）、Latent World Model、自回归建模（Autoregressive Modeling）、Diffusion、Flow Matching 等前沿生成式建模技术，持续突破世界模型的预测能力、泛化能力及可扩展性。3.探索 Vision-Language-Action（VLA）、Video Foundation Model、多模态大模型等统一架构，实现感知、预测、规划、控制的一体化建模，推动下一代端到端自动驾驶技术发展。4.围绕长时序推理（Long-horizon Reasoning）、行为预测、交互建模、世界模拟（World Simulation）、强化学习（RL）、Embodied AI 等方向开展原创研究，探索自动驾驶智能的新范式。5.推动世界模型在自动驾驶量产中的应用，负责模型训练、数据构建、模型压缩、推理优化、车端部署及云端部署，实现模型在大规模量产场景中的稳定运行与持续迭代。6.持续优化大模型训练效率、数据效率及推理效率，构建高效、可扩展的世界模型训练与部署体系。7.跟踪国际前沿研究进展，结合业务场景开展原创算法研究，推动高质量研究成果在顶级国际会议发表，并最终应用于真实自动驾驶产品。 开放研究课题（Open Research Problems） 你将有机会探索但不限于以下方向： 1.如何利用海量无标注驾驶视频学习具有物理一致性的世界模型？2.如何实现分钟级长时序预测与长期因果推理（Long-horizon Forecasting & Reasoning）？3.如何构建统一的
