全域算法工程交付leader 北京、上海 全职 职位描述 1、负责全域算法的软件架构设计、开发、系统集成，并完成端到端交付工作。2、负责全域算法核心功能域，如感知，SLAM、运控/力控，VLA/RL的算法交付项目，作为交付接口人制定详尽的交付计划，并驱动跨部门团队（软件工程、云平台、仿真平台）协同达成目标。3、负责全域算法和软件部门的对接，包括通信中间件，集成编译，模型部署，调试工具，云端研发平台，数据平台等，持续优化研发流程和算法研发效率，并保证交付质量。4、负责优化算法交付的质量体系，制定严格的准入、准出标准，推动高效的CI/CD流水线，实现算法包的自动化构建、测试与部署，提升交付效率，主导交付过程中的关键评审，管理需求变更，确保交付范围清晰可控。5、负责全域算法SDK开发，文档撰写，版本控制，自动化测试，仿真、调试、部署等工具开发，提升研发效率。6、负责驱动基于量产数据的算法问题发现、分析和闭环迭代流程，将issue高效转化为算法改进需求和闭环流程。7、带领交付团队，包括算法软件，算法交付owner等，明确分工，带领团队成员共同成长。 职位要求 1、计算机、电子、通信等相关领域本科及以上学位，5年以上自动驾驶/机器人或相关领域工作经验，其中至少3年担任项目交付、技术集成或项目管理角色。2、熟悉至少一个核心算法领域（感知/SLAM/运控/力控/VLA/RL）的基本原理与技术栈，能与算法工程师进行高效技术对话。3、有较好的沟通和的跨部门组织、协调能力，能够对跨部门交付有推动力。4、扎实的Modern C++、Linux、网络通信等基础，熟悉Python、Shell等脚本语言，熟悉ROS2/CyberRT等中间件通信，具备良好的软件工程能力，代码清晰规整；5、良好的职业修养，善于思考，良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神； 投递...
