产品体验研究员 / Product Experience Researcher（北京/上海） 北京、上海 社招 全职 产品/运营类 职位描述 我们正在寻找一名产品体验研究员，通过科学、系统的用户研究与实验方法，评估真实用户与消费电子产品之间的体验，并将研究结果转化为可执行的产品设计建议。这个岗位不同于传统 QA 或功能测试，更关注人在真实使用中的感知、行为与体验。研究对象包括但不限于硬件佩戴、显示与视觉体验、产品形态、交互方式、配件及日常使用流程等；你将参与产品从概念验证、设计迭代到量产前验证的不同阶段。岗位职责1. 独立负责产品体验相关用户研究，包括研究问题定义、实验设计、用户招募、测试执行、数据分析及研究报告输出；2. 根据不同产品问题选择合适的定性与定量研究方法，包括实验研究、可用性测试、对比测试、访谈、问卷及行为观察等；3. 围绕消费电子及可穿戴产品开展体验评估，包括但不限于：1）佩戴、鼻托、配件及人体适配；2）显示亮度、视觉感知及主观体验；3）产品形态、收纳、携带及日常使用流程；4）交互方案及软硬件整体体验；4. 将用户主观反馈、行为表现及实验数据结合分析，形成明确的研究结论及产品设计建议；5. 与人因团队合作建立可复用的实验方法、评价指标、Benchmark及研究规范，提高产品体验验证的一致性与效率；6. 与产品、设计、研发团队协作，理解产品决策中的关键问题，并通过用户研究为设计取舍提供依据；7. 持续关注消费电子、XR及可穿戴设备相关研究方法与行业实践。 职位要求 1. 本科及以上学历，心理学、实验心理学、人因工程、认知科学、HCI、人体工学、工业设计或相关专业背景；2. 3年以上用户研究、人因研究、产品体验研究或相关工作经验；3. 具备扎实的实验设计能力，能够独立完成从研究问题定义到结果分析的完整研究流程；4. 熟悉定性和定量研究方法，理解实验变量、样本设计、偏差控制及基础统计分析方法；5. 能够从复杂的用户反馈和实验数据中提炼关键结论，而不仅停留在信息汇总层面；6. 具备良好的产品理解能力，能够与产品、设计和工程团队进行有效沟通；7. 对消费电子产品及真实用户体验具有较强敏感度。加分项1. 心理学、实验心理学、人因工程、HCI等相关专业硕士及以上学历；2. 有智能眼镜、XR、头戴设备、可穿戴设备、手机或其他消费硬件研究经验；3. 有人体感知、视觉体验、人体测量、舒适度或可用性相关研究经验；4. 熟悉 R、Python、SPSS、JMP 等数据分析工具；5. 有实验室研究与真实场景用户研究结合的经验；6. 能够将研究结论进一步转化为产品指标、评价标准或设计建议。 职位信息
