研发质量工程师（DQE) 深圳 职位描述 1、质量前瞻与策划：参与新产品技术平台和预研项目的前期设计阶段，进行质量影响评估，制定项目专属的质量保证计划；主导研发阶段的质量目标（QFD）设定，并将客户需求转化为可测量的设计验证标准。2、风险预防与管理：牵头组织设计评审（DR）、设计失效模式与效应分析（DFMEA）、过程失效模式与效应分析（PFMEA），并跟踪风险缓解措施的有效落实；对新技术、新材料、新工艺进行先期质量风险评估，输出验证策略。3、研发过程质量保证：建立和维护研发阶段的质量控制点（QC工程图），确保设计输入、输出、评审、验证、确认各阶段符合流程规范；审计研发过程（如设计文档、测试记录、变更管理）的符合性，推动流程优化。4、测试与验证策略：参与制定系统级的设计验证与可靠性测试计划，确保其充分性、有效性，能全面暴露潜在设计缺陷；深度分析测试失败、实验故障的根本原因，与设计工程师合作推动设计改进，并验证措施有效性。5、技术标准与知识库建设：总结研发过程中的质量经验教训，形成设计规范、检查清单等知识资产，赋能整个研发团队；跟踪国内外电子烟行业技术标准、法规（如UL8139、FDA PMTA、CCC等），并将其融入研发设计准则。6、供应商先期质量合作：参与关键元器件（如芯片、电芯、雾化芯）技术供应商的评估，主导新部件技术认可流程。 职位要求 1、学历： 本科及以上学历，机械电子、材料、化学、自动化等相关工科专业；2、经验：3年以上消费电子、医疗器械行业研发质量或产品质量工作经验，有电子烟行业经验者优先；3、专业知识：精通研发质量管理工具：APQP/PPAP、DFMEA/PFMEA、QFD、DOE、MSA、SPC、8D/根本原因分析（RCA）；熟悉硬件产品开发流程（IPD/Stage-Gate等），对电子、结构、软件有基本了解；具备出色的测试数据分析能力和问题解决能力；4、行业知识： 对电子烟的工作原理、核心部件（电池、雾化器、控制电路）有深入理解，熟悉其常见的失效模式；5、个人素质： 具备极强的逻辑思维、沟通协调能力和影响力，能推动跨部门（ID、MD、EE、SW）合作解决复杂技术问题。好奇心强，乐于学习新技术；6、优先条件：有从0到1的平台项目或技术预研项目的质量经验；有应对国际市场（美国、欧盟）电子烟法规和认证的经验；具备较强数据分析和测试自动化能力者优先。 投递...

What you’ll do: 负责PQ系列大功率集中式UPS为主的数据中心供配电产品现场售后与技术支持工作，涵盖UPS开机调试、现场维修、技术对接与问题闭环。同时支持模块化UPS及微模块数据中心（MDC）一体化解决方案，作为数据中心电力撬块集成项目的现场售后服务技术负责人和总协调人，承担复杂项目和重大事件的技术责任。 - 工作地点：江苏常州（常驻）. - 根据项目安排，需频繁出差至各数据中心或关键客户现场，参与安装、调试、送电、故障处理及重大事件支持. - 非出差期间，负责技术准备、方案评审、问题复盘及跨部门技术对接。 提供PQ大功率集中式UPS系统的安装指导、开机调试、维护保养、紧急维修和技术支持，典型应用场景包括数据中心2N / N+1架构。 支持模块化UPS及微模块数据中心（MDC）解决方案，理解UPS、配电、监控等子系统的一体化架构，并完成现场技术衔接。 牵头处理重大现场事件和复杂疑难问题，组织技术资源完成故障定位、根因分析（RCA）、纠正与预防措施，并输出正式分析报告。 作为服务部门与质量、研发、ETO之间的技术接口窗口，反馈现场失效模式、产品问题及客户需求，推动持续改进与产品竞争力提升。 作为数据中心电力撬块集成项目的现场总协调人，统筹UPS、400V低压开关柜、10kV中压开关柜及相关系统的技术接口与现场协作。 通过案例总结、培训与技术支持，提升服务执行团队的整体技术能力和项目执行水平。 Qualifications: - 本科及以上学历，电力电子、电气工程及其自动化、自动化等相关专业； - 5年及以上UPS现场技术支持或售后服务经验，能够独立承担大功率UPS系统的调试、维修与故障分析； - 熟悉数据中心供配电系统及2N / N+1供电架构，具备集中式UPS项目经验； - 持有有效的高压电工操作证（10kV或以上），满足数据中心及中压系统现场合规要求； - 具备良好的客户沟通能力、跨部门协调能力及技术文档编制能力； - 熟悉数据中心相关标准规范，如GB 50174、TIA-942、GB11022、GB3906、GB7251.12等，以及对应IEC标准。 加分项： 具备模块化UPS或微模块数据中心项目交付或运维经验. 熟悉400V低压开关柜及10kV中压开关柜的基础原理、接口和典型应用场景.
