Key tasks and Responsibilities 主要任务与职责 根据Calderys集团安装现场的EHS管理要求，组织安装现场安全管理体系文件的修订、维护和推行； 组织和推动现场施工条件符合客户现场的EHS管理要求； 负责组织、协调集团安装现场的内、外部EHS审核； 监督EHS流程、管理制度的实施，及时与责任部门沟通反馈保证实践的有效性； 负责安装现场EHS文的更新、签收；负责安装现场安全、职业健康及环境保护标准化文件管控； 负责安装现场EHS相关政府系统信息的录入、维护申报及更新，负责安装现场EHS相关指标及集团系统的录入、维护、申报及更新； 负责安装现场三废管理及合规处理； 执行安装现场日常安全检查，隐患录入及跟踪解决；协助内部安全检查和审核，追踪整改措施。现场承包商安全管理； 协助项目经理识别、评估、报告安装现场潜在的“环境、健康与安全”风险，并协助、推动项目尽力对现场风险进行管控及改善； 执行安装现场环境健康安全的系统培训； 组织并推行安装现场安全生产管理会议； 协助根据公司的持续改善要求，参与到相关的所有项目中，并按计划完成对应的内容； 完成领导安排的其它工作任务； Profile/Competencies 任职要求 Education, background, level of experience 学历与工作经验 安全管理、安全工程、环境科学、环境工程、机械相关专业、电气相关专业或相关专业本科以上学历。 2年以上在外企任职EHS工程师的经验。 建筑行业安全员C证（C2类或C3类），注册安全工程师更优（建筑施工安全类别或金属冶炼安全类别）。 跨国制造型外企工作经验 (耐火材料行业或化工行业同岗位工作经验优先考虑)。 Key Competencies 关键能力 掌握建筑施工行业安全管理系统框架相关知识及其应用。 具备工作场所安全及职业健康、风险评估和隐患识别的能力。
