Profession (Job Category):Production & Skilled Trades Job Schedule: Full time Remote:No Job Description: 岗位名称：焊工（变压器油箱焊接/试装） 岗位职责 按照焊接工艺规程（WPS）和作业指导书，完成变压器油箱本体、附件及管路的焊接、点固与试装。 开展焊前准备：材料核对、坡口/开孔/装配间隙检查，工装夹具与设备点检，参数预设。 合理选择并熟练使用相应焊接方法（SMAW手工电弧焊、GMAW CO2气体保护焊、GTAW钨极氩弧焊、SAW埋弧焊），控制焊接顺序、热输入与变形。 焊后处理与质量控制：焊缝清根、打磨、外观自检，配合无损检测（UT/PT/MT等）及严密性试验，按缺陷等级要求整改。 负责焊接设备日常保养与岗位5S（定置、清洁、点检、记录）。 严格遵守安全操作规程，正确佩戴和使用PPE，主动识别并上报安全隐患。 服从工段长/班长生产安排，按时完成生产任务，配合跨工序协同作业。
