Responsibilities 职责 1. 遵循公司核心价值，遵守公司的各项规章制度，在安全的前提下完成本岗位工作；2. 在工作过程中要戴好相应的PPE，按规定严格执行LOTO程序，以确保身体不受机器的伤害；3. 严格遵守包装岗位标准程序，在SOC & SOP的指引下完成梳丝、包装端切、称重相关作业，按照岗位OH的控制要求作业，避免人机工程风险；4. 及时正确的填写岗位生产记录，按要求完成岗位设备巡检，发现异常及时联系维修和报告领班，保证包装作业的顺利完成；5. 按照工作流程卡的要求，完成理丝包装岗位的各项作业，将丝梳顺，对丝棒进行缠绕包装、更换包装纸或者膜，按要求对丝棒进行质量抽查。6. 切丝操作时，按照工作流程卡的要求，正确设置喷码信息并核对，准确的称重，打印标签标识，按质量要求对丝棒的端面、丝棒直径及丝棒硬度进行检查。 7. 配合质检部门一起对丝棒质量进行检查，发现有大批量不合格的丝时，要立即汇报领班，便于调整当班纺丝的工艺参数，减少损失。发现返工和降等，及时报告并在流程卡上做好记录，及时完成返工工作。8. 掌握包装机、端切机的AM要求和技能，能按要求完成包装机、端切机的AM9. 按照5S标准保持5S责任区的5S状态，参与5S其他活动。10. 交班信息要求完整、准确，没有遗漏的交给下一班组。接班如有不清楚的要询问明白，避免信息的遗失11. 作业过程中发现任何安全和质量问题要立即纠正和报告领班，如受自身能力限制无法解决，要在第一时间寻求领班帮助12. 积极参与安全、质量等事故调查，及帮助班组内的异常处理13. 完成上级合理安排的其他临时性任务14. 包装岗位正式上岗6个月后，开始学习其他岗位操作技能，在一个日历年内至少通过一个其他岗位的上岗考核（优先切丝包装和纺丝）15. 积极参加和支持MTTC等相关活动,能够理解和完成AM的相关操作 Qualifications 要求 具一年以上工作经历；具备良好的安全意识;有较强的团队合作精神;责任心强，肯吃苦，有较强的沟通协调能力，愿意学习新技能；适应倒班轮班制；高中及以上学历;熟练办公软件操作者优先；...
