Job Overview 综述 按照岗位程序要求根据生产安排完成从纺丝生产线之后到产品装箱的所有工序的工作，按要求检查丝棒质量，完成其他相关的辅助作业如辅料检查和调整、产品围捆操作、各设备及工具装置的自主维护等各项工作. Responsibilities 职责 1. 遵循公司核心价值，遵守公司的各项规章制度，在安全的前提下完成本岗位工作；2. 在工作过程中要戴好相应的PPE，按规定严格执行LOTO程序，以确保身体不受机器的伤害；3. 严格遵守包装岗位标准程序，在SOC & SOP的指引下完成梳丝、包装端切、称重相关作业，按照岗位OH的控制要求作业，避免人机工程风险；4. 及时正确的填写岗位生产记录，按要求完成岗位设备巡检，发现异常及时联系维修和报告领班，保证包装作业的顺利完成；5. 按照工作流程卡的要求，完成理丝包装岗位的各项作业，将丝梳顺，对丝棒进行缠绕包装、更换包装纸或者膜，按要求对丝棒进行质量抽查。6. 切丝操作时，按照工作流程卡的要求，正确设置喷码信息并核对，准确的称重，打印标签标识，按质量要求对丝棒的端面、丝棒直径及丝棒硬度进行检查。 7. 配合质检部门一起对丝棒质量进行检查，发现有大批量不合格的丝时，要立即汇报领班，便于调整当班纺丝的工艺参数，减少损失。发现返工和降等，及时报告并在流程卡上做好记录，及时完成返工工作。8. 掌握包装机、端切机的AM要求和技能，能按要求完成包装机、端切机的AM9. 按照5S标准保持5S责任区的5S状态，参与5S其他活动。10. 交班信息要求完整、准确，没有遗漏的交给下一班组。接班如有不清楚的要询问明白，避免信息的遗失11. 作业过程中发现任何安全和质量问题要立即纠正和报告领班，如受自身能力限制无法解决，要在第一时间寻求领班帮助12. 积极参与安全、质量等事故调查，及帮助班组内的异常处理13. 完成上级合理安排的其他临时性任务14. 包装岗位正式上岗6个月后，开始学习其他岗位操作技能，在一个日历年内至少通过一个其他岗位的上岗考核（优先切丝包装和纺丝）15. 积极参加和支持MTTC等相关活动,能够理解和完成AM的相关操作 Qualifications 要求 具一年以上工作经历；具备良好的安全意识;有较强的团队合作精神;责任心强，肯吃苦，有较强的沟通协调能力，愿意学习新技能；适应倒班轮班制；高中及以上学历;熟练办公软件操作者优先；...
