Job Description 关于岗位 随着中国科技与耐用消费品（Tech & Durable）行业客户对消费者洞察需求从定制化研究项目逐步转向标准化、可复制和可规模化的创新解决方案，NIQ正在持续升级围绕 Innovation、NPS及消费者洞察的产品化能力。 作为Tech & Durable Innovation业务线的重要成员，Customer Success Manager将负责客户项目交付、客户价值实现及长期客户成功管理，通过专业的消费者研究能力和行业洞察，帮助客户将研究结果转化为业务决策与产品创新行动。 该岗位既是客户值得信赖的洞察顾问，也是连接客户需求、研究团队和产品团队的重要桥梁。 主要职责 1. Client Success & Strategic Partnership 作为客户日常主要接口，建立并维护长期稳定的客户关系 深入理解科技与耐用消费品客户的业务战略、产品规划及创新需求 主动识别客户业务痛点及增长机会，帮助客户充分发挥洞察价值 通过持续的咨询与建议，推动客户长期合作及客户满意度提升 成为客户在消费者洞察、产品创新及用户体验领域的可信赖顾问 2. Consumer Research Delivery & Project Leadership 负责消费者研究项目的整体交付与管理，确保项目按时、高质量完成 主导项目执行过程中各关键环节，包括： 需求澄清/研究设计/项目管理/结果分析/Insight Storytelling/成果汇报 与研究团队、运营团队及技术团队紧密合作，确保项目顺利落地
