研发资源池FBP 上海 社招 全职 职能与支持 - 财务金融 本科及以上 5-7 年 职位描述 - 负责整体研发资源池管理和预算执行跟踪，结合研发项目财务BP的反馈更新，整合项目相关所有资源，进行月度研发资源池滚动更新复盘，定期准备资源池汇报大会；- 与资源池长密切沟通，结合资源池整体目标，进行项目优先级排序，以及资源池目标的初步分配；- 与业务部门紧密沟通，确定合理的资源需求；- 拉动财务内部各研发项目财务BP，协同进行资源池滚动更新，以及相关系统流程的提起；- 月度进行研发内部结算账单的整体确认(包括CBU和BU以及CBU和一线BU的结算)，确保系统内结算单的准确性和完整性；- 研发项目相关主数据的管理和维护，FPC系统主数的维护；- 完成每月经营主体（BU）及项目预实数的上传、以及经营报表出具工作，与经营体负责人（BO）分析每期经营报表的预实差异情况，识别机会点与风险点，为BU EBIT目标的达成提供建议；- 与COE财务紧密沟通，完成及时的数据信息的传递；- 持续优化资源池、经营报表分析工作中的模型 职位要求 - 全日制本科及以上学历，5-8年工作经验，3-5年汽车行业研发费用预算管控财务经验或整车项目经验，大型OEM整车公司、主流合资品牌或头部新能源车企经验者优先。- 熟练使用Excel、PPT、SAP等办公软件- 具有较好的独立分析判断能力、优秀的对内对外沟通协调能力，团队合作且持续学习 投递...
