岗位职责： 1. 关注原绝缘材料、端子、线束等的本土化采购。 2. 与工程师、供应商及业务部门共同跟进ESI、RFQ、QI、SER事务。 3. 进行成本评估，确保业务单元订单顺利下达。 4. 应对关键供应商的短缺问题，根据需求开发新供应商。 5. 审核供应商绩效评级并跟进改进措施，通过延长供应商付款期限或要求供应商开具银行汇票来改善现金流。 6. 制定预算，控制材料通货膨胀，进行风险管理。 7. 推动数字化转型。 任职资格： 1. 本科学历，物流管理或相关专业，6至10年相关工作经验，具备工程或技术背景优先。 2. 擅长电线束、导线、绝缘材料及机械部件（包括塑料注塑、金属冲压、机械加工等）方面的采购。 3. 对原材料和零部件具备扎实的技术理解，涵盖可制造性设计、成本结构、生产工艺及当前市场趋势。 4. 擅长新产品与零部件采购及项目管理，具备与内部团队及外部合作伙伴建立紧密协作关系的能力。 5. 精通Oracle ERP，具备快速学习和适应新系统和工具的能力。 6. 英语具备口语能力。 Come join our global, inclusive & diverse team
