SUN - 3D角色模型（头部写实雕刻方向） 广州 美术类 职位描述 1、主导面部扫描数据清理与拓扑转移，对原始扫描完成噪点修复、对称化、缺失区域修补与高低模规整，输出干净可用的资产；2、基于扫描数据或参考资料完成人像还原雕刻，使用 ZBrush 完成写实头部高模制作，刻画五官比例、面部肌肉走向、毛孔、皱纹等细节；3、配合下游团队完成头部低模、UV、烘焙等工序衔接，理解并执行整体 3D 生产流程规范；4、与材质、毛发、绑定等上下游团队协同，保障头部资产在引擎内的最终视觉表现；5、沉淀扫描清理与雕刻经验，输出制作规范，参与外包资产验收与质检。 职位要求 1、2 年以上游戏 / 影视角色 3D 制作经验，参与过写实风格角色项目，具备写实头部雕刻或人像还原作品；2、精通 ZBrush 雕刻，具备扎实的人体解剖学知识与人像还原能力，对真实人像有较好的形体与神态把控;3、熟悉 Maya 或 3ds Max 至少一种，了解 UV、拓扑、烘焙等基础流程；4、了解 Wrap / Wrap4D 等扫描清理工具，或具备面部扫描数据处理经验；5、了解 3D 生产流程与上下游协作环节，能与材质、绑定、TA 等团队高效配合；6. 良好的造型与审美功底，工作积极主动，具备较强的责任感与团队意识。加分项1、美术、雕塑、造型类相关专业背景，扎实的写生与造型功底；2、影视 CG / 高端剧集
