CG实验艺术家（Generative AI / 动画方向） 广州 美术类 职位描述 1、熟练运用 ComfyUI、Stable Diffusion、Midjourney、Runway、Seedance、Pika、Kling、Luma、Sora（或同类视频生成工具）等主流生成式 AI 工具，根据剧本、分镜、故事大纲或导演创意，高效产出概念设计图、角色探索稿、风格参考帧、镜头气氛图及场景环境设计； 2、持续跟踪并实验评估行业最新生成式 AI 技术与工作流，包括图像生成、视频生成、3D生成、动作生成、语音与多模态方向，在项目全周期内积极测试并验证新技术的实际制作价值； 3、 结合生成式 AI 与 Photoshop、Maya、Houdini、Blender、Cinema 4D、Harmony、Substance Painter、ZBrush 等传统 DCC 软件，制作可直接进入镜头流程的高质量资产，包括角色、道具、环境、特效与动画内容； 4、负责图像模型、视频模型及风格模型的搭建、训练、微调与优化，包括 LoRA、ControlNet、IPAdapter、Flux、SDXL、Wan、AnimateDiff 等技术方向，提升模型输出质量、稳定性与风格统一性； 5、 系统性测试不同 AI 工具、模型与混合工作流方案，输出标准化实验报告、技术文档及最佳实践建议，推动团队 AI 制作能力持续升级； 6、 与导演组、制片组、技术美术（TA）、动画团队及研发团队协同，共同开发 Generative AI + 传统动画的混合生产管线，持续提升团队创意效率与内容质量； 7、参与镜头级视觉探索，能够从“叙事驱动”角度思考 AI 内容生成，而不仅仅停留在静态画面产出，包括镜头语言、节奏、情绪氛围、角色表演及视觉连续性的设计； 8、 在项目开发阶段参与视觉世界观构建，包括风格统一、角色语言、色彩体系、镜头调性与视觉叙事逻辑制定，辅助导演完成创意落地； 9、
