TPM（T2电芯物料） 常州 全职 职能 / 支持 - 质量管理 / 项目管理 职位描述 1. 承担电芯材料（正极/负极/电解液/隔膜/结构件/辅材）技术项目管理工作，管理材料成熟度，负责材料的工业化落地。2. 负责材料全生命周期指标的质量管理，包括不限于设计质量，量产质量和售后质量，推动各项问题快速闭环。3. 负责制定电芯材料工程规范，审核并确保供应商依照工程规范的要求完成产品开发及工业化开发。4. 负责潜在供应商审核，甄别高质量供应商资源，培育高潜力供应商。5. 评审供应商前期工程活动，包括不限于：设计任务书/电化学仿真/DOE分析/设计验证/材料工艺/可靠性评估6. 负责材料成熟度推进，管理并审核APQP各阶段交付物，负责PPAP的实施与审批。7. 负责风险管理，识别材料NUDD特殊特性并制定降低风险的措施。8. 负责材料工业化方案的审核，确保制造方案及产能规划符合理想汽车要求，对供应商现场实施过程审核。9. 负责管理质量质保和质量协议的签订，负责供应商绩效管理。10. 支持整车开发，按节点完成零件开发任务，解决制造及试验、路试中的问题。11. 参与价值链工作，研究并识别关键上游资源，支撑公司战略布局，识别关键梯次供应商并开展先期质量管理。 职位要求 3年以上的电芯材料检验或材料质量管理相关工作经验，本科及以上学历1. 化学、电化学、材料等相关专业。2. 对电芯材料（正极/负极/电解液/隔膜/结构件/辅材）的发展方向有清晰认识和理解。3. 参与过电芯材料技术标准制定及验证方案策划，了解电芯材料抽样方法、检验方法和手段。4. 参与过电芯材料关键特性监控的策划（如正极材料粒度指标），了解如何处理电芯材料异常问题，对电芯材料质量问题和异常问题做过数据统计及分析，并跟踪问题改善至关闭。5. 全面掌握MSA知识，能够进行测试系统分析，并对不达标系统进行改善，能够熟练进行统计分析，初步了解和应用minitab辅助质量数据的分析。6. 对电芯原材料性能和电芯性能直接的对应关系有较为深刻的理解，理解原材料各项指标对电芯性能的影响.7. 对电芯失效、原材料失效有明确的分析方法和分析手段，并能提出改善方向，熟练运用各类工具8D，故障树，鱼骨图 等8. 了解材料设计及制作工序流程，理解材料制程过程参数对材料性能的影响9. 具备较强的电芯材料理论基础，了解材料的可靠性评估，如SEM、电化学滴定、ICP、色谱仪、粒度分析仪、DSC、BET、XRD等。10. 对电芯失效、原材料失效有明确的分析方法和分析手段，并能提出改善方向。11. 了解汽车质量体系TS16949，对五大工具有基本认知。12.
