岗位名称 Launch Excellence Lead (Sr. Marketing Manager) / 上市卓越负责人（高级市场经理） 岗位目标与背景 ORBU未来将有多个新产品上市。为更好实现卓越上市、优化上市前准备并明确策略方向，设立Launch Excellence Lead (Sr. Marketing Manager)岗位。该岗位将从业务视角负责ORBU新产品在Brand Lead正式到岗前的上市前准备工作，作为关键业务接口对接产品相关事务，协同CSI、Market Access、Medical、Marketing、Supply、Regulatory及Global等团队，确保产品关键里程碑按期甚至加速达成，并为后续Brand Lead顺利接手奠定基础。 主要职责 • 牵头ORBU新产品在Brand Lead到岗前的上市前规划和准备工作，明确关键工作路径、时间表和交付物。 • 作为业务端关键接口，对接新产品相关事务，推动跨部门信息同步、问题解决和资源协调。 • 协同CSI、Market Access、Medical、Marketing、Supply、Regulatory及Global团队，确保上市策略、获批路径、准入策略、医学证据、供应准备和商业化计划保持一致。 • 推动关键上市里程碑达成，主动识别风险、依赖项和加速机会，并建立问题升级与决策机制。 • 基于市场洞察、竞争格局、患者路径和业务机会，制定初步产品策略、市场评估及中长期forecast model。 • 支持新产品商业案例、优先级排序和资源投入建议，为管理层决策提供业务分析和建议。 • 建立上市准备治理机制，包括项目节奏、跨部门例会、行动追踪、风险管理和关键决策记录。 •
