SUMMARY OF THE ROLE 该岗位需在公司合规框架下，作为中央市场部与销售体系之间的桥梁，将中央市场部策略转化为全国执行蓝图，统筹全国范围内的跨区域协调与资源配置，驱动医生诊疗观念提升。 ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES 1.区域策略落地及资源整合 将中央市场部的品牌/适应症策略、关键信息与战役节奏，拆解为各区域的执行蓝图、量化目标与关键KPI 整合产品组资源，加速产品在市场准入方面的进展 加强各个区域市场活动的资源整合及协作 2.区域市场洞察和市场活动计划制定 1）根据中央市场部制定的市场策略以及区域业务实际情况，制定区域市场活动计划 2) 分析并解读外部市场数据，挖掘和发现区域市场机会点，并向RSD和RSM提供相应的区域市场建议和意见 3.跨部门沟通协调 促进跨职能部门之间的沟通、协调，最大化组织间的效能以确保市场策略得到充分的执行 负责协调相关产品培训事宜 负责和跨部门一起规划、协调和跟进重点市场活动 4.区域市场业务追踪过程管理 完成月度区域市场汇报，并及时提交至销售总监及中央市场部。 (内容包括：市场情报，活动执行情况及后续计划，费用进展vs. 计划等) 管理支出以保证良好的预算管理，同时寻求提升支出效率的方法和形式 跟踪月度绩效表现vs.费用进展。如有明显差距，能够分析陈述具体原因 5.区域专家管理 建立/支持区域专家学术平台 通过主动定期拜访区域中的重要专家来推动学术交流 REQUIREMENTS 1.10年以上处方药行业经验；3年以上团队管理经验； 2.有心血管、肾病、代谢等慢病领域经验； 3.有中央市场部+区域市场部双重经验；有新产品上市经验者优先； 4. 具备良好的项目管理及KOL/KEE管理经验，具备COE搭建或多学科慢病诊疗模式搭建经验者优先； Date
