Main Duties and Responsibilities工作职责: 负责相关物料品类管理，统筹物料全生命周期采购工作。 制定符合全球战略的本土采购策略，实现最优总拥有成本（TCO）与商务条款。 负责统筹、管理并推进中国本土化、成本降低及新产品导入（NPI）项目，提升成本竞争力，确保供应链就绪。 主导与供应商的降本及其他商务条款谈判，满足公司关键业务要求。 开展供应市场调研，配合区域及全球品类经理开发新供应商、优化供应体系。 发展供应商合作伙伴关系，推动供应商绩效提升至更高水平。 支持其他所有与供应商相关的活动及项目（如供应商金牌认证、ProCert、精益生产等）。 上级安排的其他任务。 Qualification and Experience 任职要求: 教育背景：本科及以上学历，理工类专业（机械、电气专业优先）。 工作经验及技能专长： 10 年以上采购及品类管理工作经验，有团队管理经验者优先；持有 CPSM 或 CIPS 证书者优先。 具备出色的品类管理、采购策略制定及谈判能力。 有暖通空调（HVAC）、自动化或汽车行业经验，多品种小批量行业经验者优先。 能够看懂图纸，了解质量理念与质量工具。 英语听说读写流利。 具备强烈的领导力与主人翁意识，思路开放、自我驱动、积极主动。 良好的沟通能力及优秀的人际协调能力。 熟练使用办公软件，具备出色的数据分析能力。 Carrier is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative
