高级支付产品经理 深圳 全职 互联网 / 电子 / 网游 职位描述 1、主导对接全球支付服务商、卡组织及金融机构，集成信用卡、数字钱包、本地化支付等主流方式，建立符合各地区法规的支付能力矩阵；2、负责卡支付收单、智能路由、交易对账、风控与账单等核心系统的产品设计与平台化，构建高可用、易扩展的支付中台；3、以数据驱动，持续监控并优化支付成功率、转化率及成本。建立监控与报表体系，推动策略迭代，保障系统稳定与商业结果；4、制定支付产品路线图，负责从需求、设计、开发到上线的端到端交付，确保高质量落地；5、高效协同内外部团队（技术、运营、渠道商等），管理合作伙伴关系，优化流程与结算效率； 职位要求 1、5年以上支付或金融科技产品经验，深厚的卡支付（Visa/Mastercard等）产品背景，熟悉卡组织规则与风险模型；2、拥有从0到1建设或深度优化卡支付渠道的成功案例，在提升成功率、优化体验、控制成本方面有可验证的成绩；3、商业敏感度高，能独立制定清晰的产品战略与规划，精通产品生命周期管理，具备出色的需求分析、数据洞察和迭代能力；4、自我驱动，结果导向，抗压能力强，具备优秀的跨团队协作与沟通能力；5、英语听说读写流利，能进行跨地区业务协同与商务沟通； 有计算机技术背景、复杂跨境支付系统或大型支付平台管理经验者优先。 投递...
