NPDI 计划工程师（新产品开发导入计划工程师） 所属部门：物料部 汇报对象：物料部经理 工作地点：江门工厂 岗位类型：新品开发、供应链计划、项目管理 岗位概述 NPDI 计划工程师负责新产品从开发、试产到量产爬坡全流程计划管理，牵头跨部门协同（研发、采购、制造、质量、销售），确保新品按时间、成本、质量目标顺利导入量产。主导新品项目排程、产能规划、物料齐套、风险管控及量产准备，是新品成功交付的核心协调角色。 核心工作职责 新品项目整体计划与排程 制定并维护新品全生命周期主计划（阶段评审、设计冻结、BOM 发布、打样、试产、爬坡、量产）。 拆解关键里程碑，制定详细任务计划，跟踪进度并推动闭环。 对齐各部门关键节点，协调解决计划冲突。 新品产能与资源规划 评估新品各阶段（打样 / 试产 / 爬坡）所需产能、人力、设备、治具需求。 协调工厂计划预留产能，平衡新品与成熟产品负荷。 开展产能风险评估，制定应对方案。 新品物料与 BOM 计划管理 审核新品 BOM，识别长交期、定制件、独家供应商物料。 制定打样 / 试产 / 爬坡物料计划，推动早期采购与提前备货。 跟踪物料交期、缺料状态，协调解决供应异常。 评估工程变更（ECN）对 BOM
