Job Description Summary本岗位主要负责厂区零部件质量文档汇编、视觉AI质检模型辅助训练，以及日常EHS台账、报表、物资、培训、工时等基础行政合规工作，协助团队完成质量管控优化与EHS日常管理工作，保障现场质量检验及EHS管理工作有序落地。 Job Description 一、质量文档与AI质检辅助工作 负责厂区零部件质量相关文档的收集、整理与汇编归档，规范质量资料管理体系。 协助开展视觉AI质检模型训练工作，针对已部署完成的视觉AI模型进行优化训练，提升AI质量检验设备的检测准确度。 独立制作合格、不合格产品检测样本，依托标准样本完成AI分类模型训练工作。 结合基础机器视觉与AI模型认知能力，微调图像采集环境、优化训练样本，保障模型训练最佳效果，本岗位不涉及AI模型的搭建与底层参数调整。 二、EHS日常工作 日常运维：每日更新EHS现场看板，同步最新现场管理数据与状态。 周报编写：每周一完成EHS weekly report（EHS周报）的撰写、汇总与提交。 系统数据录入：每周五登录EHS系统，完成相关数据的录入与核对工作。 工时录入：每月月底在系统完成员工工时录入、核对与规整工作。 定期整理规整三级安全教育卡，完成资料分类、归档、留存。 按时完成EHS各类培训记录的整理、汇总与归档，确保培训资料完整可追溯。 按需完成现场PPE劳保用品的不定时发放、登记、核对工作。保障劳保物资库存充足、台账清晰。 任职要求 本科及以上在读学生，工科、理科等相关专业优先，有无相关实习经验均可。 具备基础的机器视觉、AI模型基础知识认知，动手能力良好，可独立完成简单环境调试等实操工作。 英语基础良好，可借助翻译软件读懂设备英文操作说明书，满足日常设备运维学习需求。 熟练使用Office办公软件，具备基础的数据整理、文档汇编、报表撰写能力。 工作认真细致、责任心强，执行力高，服从工作安排，具备良好的学习能力与团队协作意识，能适应厂区日常办公节奏。 岗位优势 实操性强：可接触AI视觉质检、工业质量管控、企业EHS全流程管理，积累工厂实操经验。 学习门槛友好：无需AI建模能力，仅需辅助训练，零基础可带教上手。 工作内容全面，可系统掌握制造业质量管控、EHS合规管理、企业系统运维等职场技能，实习含金量高。 Additional Information Relocation Assistance Provided: No...
