主要职责Major Responsibilities： 用专业的产品知识，通过合规地开展各种学术活动和推广活动，把ASP产品的关键信息准确及时的传达给客户，达成推广目标。与市场部、专业教育等部门保持良好的跨部门沟通，紧密合作，深入推广产品，提高公司及产品的品牌。 计划管理与执行：制定负责区域的推广计划，和直线经理及市场部同事协商达成最终推广方案，并进行实施。确保业务活动的执行符合公司政策和流程的要求，遵循合规标准； 客户管理和品牌管理：通过对客户及专家进行学术拜访，不断传递ASP产品的关键信息，使客户及专家认知并了解公司的产品知识。通过对护士的学术拜访，了解产品的使用情况及相关市场信息； 绩效管理：与直线经理达成工作目标的共识，并确保达成目标。按时完成公司相关数据的收集并进行总结和分析，确保数据的准确性并符合公司管理要求； 财务管理：按公司规定合理制定预算，并合规地按计划实施完成，确保资源的合理和有效利用； 团队协作：主动地与团队成员及跨部门进行合作和分享，以整合资源，合力共赢； 自我管理：成为产品和销售领域的专家。对团队新成员提供辅导和支持。 任职条件Qualifications： 本科及以上学历，医药或临床医学相关专业优先； 至少2年以上医药/器材相关行业销售经验； 具有独立开展业务的能力和学习能力； 高的道德标准和职业操守； 积极的团队精神，勤奋，坚韧，积极向上； 具有不断进取追求卓越的意识。 Fortive Corporation Overview Fortives essential technology makes the world safer and more productive.
