质量经理 常州 全职 生产 / 制造 / 加工 职位描述 岗位职责：1.质量战略与体系顶层搭建制定公司中长期质量战略、年度质量目标、零缺陷质量文化建设方案，对齐公司经营与客户（消费/工业/）质量要求 。 主导搭建、落地、迭代质量管理体系：ISO9001、ISO14001、ESD、洁净车间管控规范、等行业标准；统筹内审、外审、第三方认证、客户工厂稽核，确保零重大不符合项。建立半导体全生命周期质量管控流程：研发NPI质量策划、来料、晶圆制程、封测、可靠性、出货、售后失效闭环全套制度、检验标准、追溯体系。 主导事业部内部质量评审、管理层质量复盘会议，定期向事业部总经理汇报质量数据、重大质量风险、体系运行情况。2. 新产品导入NPI全流程质量管控统筹APQP五阶段质量策划，主导设计FMEA（DFMEA）、制程FMEA（PFMEA）、MSA测量系统分析、SPC过程能力管控、PPAP客户提交全流程落地。 组织研发、工艺、生产跨部门评审，推动DFM可制造性、可测试性、可靠性设计，提前规避量产批量不良；管控工程样品、试产、小批量爬坡阶段质量问题清零。 建立NPI阶段质量门验收标准，把控EVT/DVT/PVT全阶段质量阀点。 3. 供应链&供应商质量管理（SQE全盘）建立供应商准入、分级、审核、绩效、淘汰全流程机制；关键原材料（晶圆、基板、塑封料、引线框架、靶材、化学品）、委外封测/代工厂商现场审核。主导建立健全来料检验标准，推动8D、CAPA纠正预防措施闭环。监控来料质量水平，持续提升来料合格率、降低来料PPM。 签订供应商质量协议、可靠性保证条款，管理供应商质量索赔与质量成本分摊。 4. 生产制程&成品质量管控（IQC/IPQC/OQC/可靠性/FA） 建立健全全线生产制程管理体系流程。制定晶圆、封装、测试各工序关键质量控制点，监控CPK、良率、直通率、报废率、返工率，推动工艺持续改善。 统筹可靠性实验室（HTOL、HTRB、TC、HAST、UHAST、温湿度循环等）、失效分析FA实验室运营，制定可靠性测试标准、失效判定标准。 主导批量不良、产线重大质量事故跨部门调查。提升部门员工运用8D、5Why、DOE、鱼骨图等工具定位根因，落地永久改善措施并长期验证。规范成品出货检验、COA报告、批次追溯、防静电、包装防护管控，杜绝不合格品流出客户端。5. 客户质量与客诉闭环（CQE全盘）统筹客户各类质量投诉，响应客户质量规范、特殊要求、年度稽核。 建立客诉快速响应机制，主导重大客诉、批量退货、市场返修问题复盘。跟踪改善闭环，降低重复投诉率，提升客户端质量表现。 监控客户端失效PPM、退货率、客户满意度，推动前端研发/工艺/供应链源头改进。 职位要求 学历要求：统招本科及以上，微电子、半导体、材料、工业工程、电子工程相关专业；专业要求：10年以上半导体行业质量管理经验，其中3年及以上质量负责人/总监管理经验；细分赛道匹配要求： 对半导体、FATP、显示模组制程产业质量体系管理工作。熟悉CE、FCC、RoHS、REACH等智能硬件认证标准精通五大工具：APQP/FMEA/MSA/SPC/PPAP，熟练8D、5Why、DOE、失效分析、Minitab数据分析； 持有IATF16949内审员/主任审核员、六西格玛黑带优先。
