MME 客户经理属于战略专业人员,密切关注自身领域中的最新发展情况,通过考虑将其在自身工作和业务中应用,而对指导性战略有所贡献。属于业务领域内公认的技术权威。需要具备基本的商业意识。业务部门内通常有多人拥有相同水平的专业学科知识。需要具备良好的沟通和交际能力,以便指导、影响和说服他人,尤其是其他区域的同事和偶尔遇到的外部客户。工作获得的复杂调查结果会对职业领域产生重大影响。提供技术或业务部门运营相关的建议和忠告。其工作情况会产生整体影响,最终会影响子职能/职系的整体绩效和有效性。 职责: 联系客户以加深关系,并主动识别、回应、发现和预测未来需求、障碍或风险和期望 向客户介绍解决方案,帮助客户创建和加强有效的投资组合; 与产品专家和某一方面主题的专家合作,构建满足客户个性化需求的创新和定制解决方案; 在客户签约和保留方面与个案经理密切合作,确保满足相应的“了解您的客户” (KYC) 和其他合规要求; 识别交叉销售机会,以加深和增加市场份额; 通过主动分享市场更新、趋势和情报,最大化客户体验; 推动向客户提供创新解决方案,并在必要和适当的情况下进一步发展业务 在所有层面(集团、银行、商业市场和 EIB)集中实施战略举措 与客户建立关系网络,以识别发现新的业务机会; 管理客户的信贷关系,协调和监督整个流程,确保正确应用政策和制度流程 确保始终遵守法规要求和 Citi 的政策/指导原则 在作出业务决定时适当评估风险;特别注意公司的声誉;并通过促进遵守适用法律、规章和制度、遵守政策以及就个人举动、行为和业务实践应用良好的道德判断, 透明上报、管理和报告控制问题, 来保护花旗集团、其客户及资产。 任职资格: 6-10 年工作经验 熟悉银行和投资产品及流程,并向客户提供完善的银行业务和财务建议及解决方案 通过构建更复杂的交易(包括资本市场交易)来展现良好的信贷技能 具备高级预警探测能力 具备良好的信贷能力;能够构建所有类型的信贷交易 能够在团队环境中有效工作 能够协调多职能团队,提供卓越的客户体验。 具备良好的人际交往、沟通和影响能力(例如谈判、咨询技巧、领导力) 能够在压力下工作,同时做出正确决策 高度关注,能够快速确定关键优先事项,并清楚地传达优先事项 主动寻求方法加强与客户的业务关系,提供简单、安全和无缝的客户体验 对与现有客户创造新的业务机会充满热情,并采用满足客户需求的创新方法。
