Schaeffler 是一家充满活力的全球性科技公司，其成功得益于企业家精神和悠久的家族企业历史。您觉得是否吸引到您？作为所有主要汽车制造商以及航空航天和工业领域重要企业的合作伙伴，我们可为您提供许多发展机会。 Job Purpose 该岗位负责舍弗勒冲压生产区域内冲压设备的电气故障诊断、维修、预防性维护及设备优化支持，确保冲压设备安全、稳定、高效运行，减少非计划停机时间，支撑汽车零部件制造业务的稳定交付。 您的主要职责 负责冲压生产区域冲压设备的电气故障紧急排查、原因分析及维修处理，降低设备停机时间，保障生产连续稳定运行。 实施冲压设备电气控制系统相关的 TPM 点检、月度 / 季度 / 年度预防性维护任务，及时识别并消除潜在设备隐患。 参与冲压设备大修、关键部件更换及设备状态恢复工作，确保维修质量符合生产和安全要求。 配合冲压区域新设备的电气安装、接线检查、调试及投产支持，保障新设备顺利导入生产现场。 参与冲压设备电气控制功能的优化、改造和完善工作，根据生产实际需求提升设备稳定性、可维护性和运行效率。 负责冲压设备相关电气图纸、技术资料、故障记录及维修备件信息的整理、更新和维护，支持维修经验沉淀和备件准备。 参与并推动SPS 相关改善活动，严格执行公司安全、5S+2 及各项规章制度，必要时支持其他维修区域的维修任务。 您的任职资格 必备条件（Must-Have） 学历要求：大专及以上学历，电气自动化、机电一体化、自动化控制、机械电子工程等相关专业优先。 工作经验：具备 3 年及以上冲压行业或制造业设备电气维修经验，有冲压设备维护经验者优先考虑。 专业技能：熟悉冲压设备的基本结构、电气控制原理及常见故障排查方法，能够独立完成电气故障诊断与维修。 控制系统经验：熟悉 SIEMENS PLC、HMI 的基本维护、故障诊断及日常操作，具备相关现场维修经验。 驱动系统经验：熟悉 REXROTH 伺服驱动系统 的基本维护、故障排查及日常安全注意事项。 资质要求：持有有效电工证，具备良好的电气安全意识，能够严格按照安全规范开展维修作业。
