后端开发实习生 成都 校招 实习 智能制造 / 工业互联网 / 工业自动化 职位描述 安克实习生项目是面向正式校招岗位的人才培养与选拔通道。实习期间将按照校招标准进行系统的培养与综合评估,表现优秀者可直接获得校招转正机会,提前锁定正式校招席位。我们以严肃、长期的视角对待每一位实习生,也期待与你共同成长。【你将参与】1.协助参与公司影音及智能硬件相关业务的后端功能开发、系统优化与日常维护，支撑海量用户和高并发访问2.在导师带领下学习和实践高并发、高可用、分布式系统的设计与实现；3.负责 Agent 智能体应用的设计、开发与落地，包括 Multi-Agent 编排、Tool 调用链设计等4.参与 Agent 服务平台的开发与维护，基于 Langchain/Deerflow 等开源框架构建智能体能力5.参与团队内部工具和基础服务的研发，尝试用 AI 工具提升开发效率；6.支持开发流程优化、性能调优及系统监控相关工作；7.持续学习和跟进 Golang 生态及后端技术的前沿动态。 职位要求 1.计算机相关专业，本科或研究生在读，具备良好的编程基础与计算机系统知识； 2.熟悉 Golang 语法和后端开发，掌握Gin、Go-zero等常用框架，了解基础的网络编程、HTTP 协议、Linux 命令行；3.有一定的数据结构和算法基础，了解常见后端组件（如 MySQL、Redis、Kafka 等）； 4.AI Agent：熟悉LLM集成、向量数据库、RAG架构开发经验5.对分布式架构或物联网（IoT）方向感兴趣，愿意学习高并发系统设计相关知识； 6.学习态度积极，能吃苦，具备良好的沟通与团队协作能力； 7.积极拥抱
