JOB DESCRIPTION: 职责: 按照公司的策略，在Trade Directer指导下，制定适合公司产品的全国性招投标策略和行动方案 加强与招标管理部门的沟通，建立雅培AND品牌 规范投标文件，如双重复核招标相关关键信息等 建立并完善公司招投标系统管理，每月检查、更新招标信息 通过全面协调对内部门（销售、市场、政府事务、市场准入、注册、医学，财务等）和对外部门（医保、卫健各部门、招标办、招标中介、平台 经销商、医药 卫生 经济学等专家等）以推动招标过程达到预期结果 指导成立以省为单位的招标小组，落实并协助招标小组相关职责，包括 协助以商务大区经理为组长，由全国招标经理、各区域销售、市场、MA 政府事务和注册部组成招标小组的及时成立和成员更替 促动定期的小组会议，共同讨论招标政策、标书分析、投标策略以及投标价格，制定对策和行动方案并明确分工及执行 促动招标小组跟进招标进程，与政府部门、招标办、招标中介机构、经销商、招标小组以及医药等专家保持紧密联系，协调各方及时解决问题 参与招标小组分析投标产品、投标价格，监督投标资料完整、准确并及时送达招标办或中介机构 参与确定合理招标价格，帮助复核招标报价，确保中标并维持经销商合理利润 参与医药配送的经销商的选择 落标时，积极利用自身、经销商资源创造备案采购机会 与经销商沟通、协调，保证中标产品在招标有效期内的临床供应，避免经销商以毛利不足、医院回款太差为由拒绝送货 汇总并确定全国招标价格，确保不低于BU确定的全国最低价，以保证经销商的合理利润，严格控制产生新的全国最低价格 负责公司全国招标项目的具体实施 重点参与全国目标省份的招标业务，加强与重点省市招标办的关系 核对招标结果和中标价格，分析、总结各地招标政策、中标结果和经验分享 积极参与RDPAC招标小组，为公司决策提供更多外部和同行的资讯，并为各地商务提供行业信息 指导、管理招标人员的招标工作，并确保完善、完成各种招标报表（招标分析表、月重点招标事项等） 负责对销售团队提供必要地招投标常识培训 职位具体要求: 行业经验: 至少10年以上服务于外资医药企业的经验 岗位经验: 至少5年以上有3人以上全国招标团队管理经验 具备3年以上销售管理或5年以上一线销售经验优先 语言能力:
