控制系统硬件（温岭） 台州 全职 生产 / 制造 / 加工 职位描述 岗位说明1、参与产品的需求分析和方案设计，负责控制系统硬件部分的设计、仿真和技术资料的输出，并主导解决项目开展过程中控制系统硬件等问题；2、负责新产品的手工样试制、工程样试制、小批量试制和认证样机的安排工作，参与研发产品向批量生产的转移（PPAP）工作，协助做好研发产品的正常生产；3、负责公司电子、电气方面技术资料的收集汇总，以及供应商方面的电子、电气方面技术资料的收集汇总；4、负责整机或部件的控制系统的改善和优化，同时协助项目经理完成整机产品开发；5、负责产品的器件选型与设计；6、负责电路板原理图、PCB设计及电路仿真分析；7、跟踪、研究和应用新技术，协助做好产品技术维护、技术改良完善和降本工作；8、做好为相关部门和单位的技术信息服务工作，及时提供技术资源和信息支持；9、协助解决电控产品在生产和使用过程中出现的问题，提供技术支持和培训；10、收集、整理研发技术相关资料，并做好更新、维护和移交等工作；11、协助做好新产品成本核算工作；12、协助软件工程师进行整体联调，处理硬件出现的问题并提供解决方案；13、配合做好本组6S工作；14、完成上级交办的其他工作。 职位要求 职位要求1、本科及以上学历，自动化、电气工程、电子信息等相关专业，有丰富硬件设计经验者可放宽；2、5年及以上水泵电机控制器、变频器等行业硬件设计和测试相关经验，有3-45kW工业变频器开发经验者优先；3、具有基于MCU、DSP等处理器的项目开发经验；4、掌握电机控制器产品相关测试技术；5、熟悉控制器产品的安规测试和各项认证工作，如UL、CE和TUV等；6、熟悉数字电路，模拟电路原理设计，掌握硬件电路相关设计仿真和计算；7、熟练掌握电机控制原理图及PCB设计工具；8、熟练掌握PCB板元器件焊接技巧，对元器件规格选型也有所了解；9、具有良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力，能够承担一定的工作压力；10、具有较强的学习能力和创新精神，对新技术和新领域有浓厚的兴趣。 投递...
