岗位工作范围与目标统筹各类质量相关工作，达成项目预设的产品与过程质量标准，保障客户满意度；确保项目开发工作严格遵循布雷博项目开发体系（BPDS）既定开发规范开展。风险管控，规避项目在设计、工艺、质量成本、进度等方面产生不必要风险。作为指定项目开发阶段质量事项的客户对接窗口，传递并落地客户提出的各项质量要求。工作成果范畴统筹落实相关工作，达成项目预设产品、过程质量标准，保障客户满意度；作为所辖项目开发阶段质量事宜的客户对接接口。保障项目开发全流程严格执行布雷博项目开发体系的标准开发流程。核心工作事项A. 制定并跟进项目质量策划方案，达成质量与成本目标；全生命周期（从产品立项至量产退市）识别风险、提前预防质量问题。B. 确保产品及工艺创新点充分纳入设计失效模式分析（DFMEA）、过程失效模式分析（PFMEA）、设计验证与产品验证（DV&PV）工作。C. 核查过往经验教训是否应用于设计 / 过程失效模式分析，实现风险优先数（RPN）降低，并严格落地执行。D. 依据布雷博阶段评审标准检查清单，对其他项目成员的工作开展质询、纠偏。E. 出现质量问题或完成试验后，主导更新控制计划。F. 发生产品 / 工艺变更时同步更新质量文件；作为本项目阶段负责人，制定样件、试产、量产各阶段控制计划。G. 保证特殊产品特性、特殊工艺特性、失效模式分析（FMEA）与控制计划三者内容保持一致。H. 协助完成内部样件、客户送检样件的检测与报告输出，保障样件按期交付；必要时从项目维度协同供应商质量工程师（SQE）推进供应商相关工作。I. 跟进开发阶段客户审核工作；所有审核问题需纳入 PDCA 问题清单，由项目团队或工厂团队闭环管理。J. 发生质量异常时，要求团队统一使用布雷博标准问题解决工具开展处置。...
