FP&A 上海 全职 职能 / 支持 - 财务 / 审计 / 税务 职位描述 一、岗位职责1. 多业务线经营分析体系搭建：参与公司多产品线、多业务 Portfolio 经营分析模板、测算模型、管理报表设计与迭代，统一各业务线财务分析口径，输出标准化月度 / 季度经营分析报告，拆解收入、成本、利润、投放 ROI 等核心指标，完成异常波动深度归因分析。2. 预算预测全流程支撑：支持各业务线年度预算、季度滚动预测、月度经营复盘工作体系建设，对接业务 BP 收集业务假设，搭建分产品线财务测算模型，输出场景化测算方案，为资源分配、项目立项提供财务数据支撑。3. 业财协同，深度对接业务 BP： 常态化对接各业务财务 BP、业务负责人，收集一线业务诉求，解读经营数据背后业务逻辑，输出专项分析（新项目测算、活动效果、渠道投放、人力成本优化等），同步落地财务优化建议，搭建高效业财沟通机制。4. 经营会议与专项支持：支撑大 BP 团队周会、业务经营复盘会的数据准备、汇报材料输出；承接管理层临时专项分析需求，主动挖掘业务经营风险、增长机会，输出可落地的经营优化方案；持续优化分析模板、报表自动化，提升财务分析交付效率。5. 财务体系标准化落地：配合完善经营分析制度、数据规范，沉淀多业务分析方法论，推动跨业务线财务数据统一，助力财务中台标准化建设。二、任职要求1. 本科及以上，财务、会计、金融、工商管理等相关专业，优先四大会计师事务所审计 / 咨询背景，接受商业分析、经营分析转 FP&A 背景候选人；2. 3-5
FP&A 深圳 全职 生产 / 制造 / 加工 职位描述 负责新业务线的前期财务评估，包括但不限于越南新品报价。负责事业部管理费用的预算管控与分析，优化费用结构，确保费用在各产品线的合理分配投入与业务产出匹配。与事业部S&OP团队协作进行库存管理，输出库存分析报告，定期维护PO限额及原材料入库限额。负责事业部合并资料准备，支持集团FP&A收集/核对事业部各类实际及滚动预测财务数据，以及集团汇报数据需求。赋能团队建立财务知识库，推动财务BP合规化/标准化建设。 职位要求 （一）专业能力1. 本科及以上学历，财务、会计等相关专业，持有中级会计师/CPA/CMA等专业证书优先。2. 3年以上制造业财务BP/成本核算/经营分析相关工作经验，熟悉制造业财务管控。3. 精通制造业财务体系搭建、分析与管控，熟悉库存管理、CAPEX管理、预算管理等模块。4. 具备业务理解能力，能够深度嵌入业务，为业务提供财务支撑。5. 熟练使用财务SAP等ERP系统、Office办公软件，具备数据建模与分析能力。（二）综合素质1. 分析能力:具备严谨的逻辑思维、数据分析与问题解决能力，能够从数据中发现问题、推动解决，能够独立完成报表编制和分析工作。2. 沟通能力：具备良好的沟通协调能力、跨部门推动能力，能够有效联动业务部门开展工作。3. 责任心和结果导向：具有强抗压能力，高度的责任心与结果导向意识，能够适应快节奏的业务环境，独立完成工作任务并承担相应的工作压力。 投递...
