供应商流程专家（海外方向） 上海 社招 全职 职位 ID：A178731 职位描述 1、供应商全生命周期流程管理（聚焦海外）： - 负责制定与海外业务相匹配的新供应商寻源、评估与准入流程，确保新供应商具备支持海外出口的资质与能力。 - 优化现有供应商的日常管理流程，包括海外订单管理、交付监控、质量追溯（特别是满足海外质量体系要求）等。 - 主导建立针对海外项目需求的供应商绩效考评与协同改进流程。2 流程落地与赋能： - 与采购、质量、研发、物流等团队紧密协作，推动海外供应商管理流程的落地实施和执行监督。 - 开发和组织相关培训，向内部团队及关键供应商赋能，传达海外合规要求与流程规范。 - 主导或参与海外业务相关的供应链流程IT化项目，提升流程效率。3、供应商管理海外合规流程体系建设： - 深入研究并解读海外目标市场（如欧盟、东盟、北美等）关于汽车产品的法律法规、技术标准、认证要求（如CE, UNECE, EPA等）、数据隐私（GDPR）、环保指令（如REACH, RoHS）及关税贸易政策。 - 主导设计并持续优化将海外合规要求嵌入供应商选择、导入、绩效管理和退出全生命周期的流程框架。 - 建立供应商合规风险识别、评估、预警和应对的标准化流程。 职位要求 1. 经验： - 本科及以上学历，供应链管理、车辆工程、机械、电子、国际贸易、法学等相关专业。 - 5年以上汽车行业供应链或供应商质量管理相关工作经验，其中至少3年专注于海外出口业务或全球供应商管理。
