IT开发主管（供应链/渠道方向） 深圳 全职 研发 - 后端开发 职位描述 【岗位职责】1、Java后端开发与架构设计：主导公司渠道及供应链相关IT系统的架构设计与核心功能开发，包括但不限于电商ERP/订单中台/OMS、B2B分销 / 经销商管理系统、ERP采购模块 / SRM供应商管理系统等，精通Java后端开发（JVM/并发/集合源码）2、渠道数字化与业务协同：负责渠道订单、库存、物流、结算全链路数字化，打通线上线下多渠道（电商平台/小程序/门店/分销商）的订单履约链路，实现供应链端到端可视与高效协同。3、高并发与系统稳定性保障：针对大促、活动秒杀等多渠道并发场景，进行高并发架构设计、Redis缓存治理、MySQL数据库调优，保障系统极致稳定运行。4、AI辅助开发能力：熟悉AI辅助编程工具（Claude Code/Cursor等），能将AI能力应用于开发提效，降低研发成本。5、技术规范与团队赋能：主导核心代码评审，建立高标准工程交付规范，以技术骨干身份推动团队技术能力提升。 职位要求 【任职要求】1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，5年以上中大型业务系统开发经验。2、主导或深度参与过电商ERP/订单中台/OMS、B2B分销/经销商管理、WMS仓储或ERP采购/SRM供应商系统中至少1个的全流程开发，熟悉电商/新零售/消费品行业的供应链或渠道业务逻辑（订单/采购/库存/分销之一）。3、精通 Java / Go / Python 等至少一种主流后端语言，熟悉Spring Boot/Spring Cloud/MyBatis等主流框架，了解JVM原理、并发编程、集合源码；熟悉Redis/RocketMQ/MySQL等常用中间件，了解分布式架构、高并发设计、缓存治理。4、后端功底扎实，同时熟悉至少一种主流前端框架（如 Vue / React ），具备从前端交互、业务逻辑到 AI 接口整条链路的独立全栈开发与调优能力。5、具备优秀的业务抽象能力和结构化思维，抗压能力强，创新能力强，积极响应动态变化的需求。【加分项】1、有过从 0 到 1 利用 AI 智能体（Agent）彻底重构或优化过传统电商业务流程的成功案例，有LangChain/RAG/向量数据库实战经验。2、有大健康/食品/消费品/新零售行业背景。 投递...
