新媒体推广经理 北京、深圳 全职 互联网 / 电子 / 网游 职位描述 岗位职责：一、达人种草管理：1.深刻理解挖掘产品核心卖点，围绕新品上市节奏GTM计划，制定“打造爆品”的种草策略以及执行；2.根据不同社交媒体平台（小红书/b站/抖音）商业化特点，针对性梳理内容种草策略以及执行产出；3.挖掘并建立品牌达人资源池，覆盖头部、腰部、尾部的kol & koc ；4.根据上市节奏以及电商重大销售节点，制定相关投放计划，并实时追踪评估相关数据（roi、GMV） 转化效果；5.内部与销售部、产品部、市场部等跨部门积极协作推动整合营销，外部管理对接供应商、mcn机构相关商务谈判签约，预算管理。二、公关媒介管理：1.根据核心运动场景梳理相关媒体资源合作机构，并推进相关专业内容的产出；2.日常媒体关系维护seeding；3.为品牌自媒体矩阵（微信、微博、小红书、抖音、视频号）赋能，提供专业内容授权素材；4.利用global 相关素材在相关合作媒体平台进行二次品牌/产品传播；任职要求：1.优先考虑运动电子硬件消费品行业，也可考虑跑步相关装备行业；2.必须有跑步类达人拓展经验，懂运动用户的需求以及内容偏好；3.熟悉了解小红书平台以及其他社媒平台商业化玩法，曾有至少3年以上达人种草经验以及相关资源；4.教育背景：本科及以上学历，市场营销、品牌管理或相关专业优先。5.工作经验：具备5-7年以上品牌营销/种草/媒体公关工作经验，有成功的品牌推广案例与项目管理经验。6.技能能力：熟练掌握市场调研、品牌策划、数字营销等专业技能；具备出色的文案撰写、数据分析与创意构思能力；精通各类营销工具与社交媒体平台运营。7.综合素质：拥有敏锐的市场洞察力、内容创造力以及资源整合能力，擅长跨部门沟通以及卓越的沟通能力。 投递...
