Main Purpose of the job主要工作目的 提升包覆相关工艺的稳定性 降低包覆相关工艺的报废 提升包覆相关工艺的效率 新项目导入中包覆相关工艺的跟进和确认 Main Job Responsibilities & Missions主要岗位职责及任务 了解皮革工艺，特别是裁切，IMG，缝纫，热压，冷压，包边，阴阳模真空吸附工艺，开发和优化版型，并培训、指导工厂的操作人员； 基础原材料（皮革、织物、发泡、胶水等）的工艺优化，并根据客户要求给出工艺方案 参与新项目的启动，负责新工艺、设备、夹具和工装的设计和确认 工艺文件（KCC/KPC、PFMEA、工艺参数表、参数点检表）制作及维护更新 管理过程定义并确保T&E（模具&设备）定义的发布 为T&E验收做好准备并维护T&E文档的完整性 提出并实施产品和工艺改进以满足产品工艺要求 担任T&E供应商的技术对接窗口(参与SPEC制定及模具DFM评审等) 为工厂提供工装，使产品和工艺特性处于可控制状态 内部VAVE项目挖掘与跟踪落地 应用佛吉亚卓越体系(FES)下的集团标准，以及其他内部和行业标准 其他任务 Other and specific missions 遵守公司HSE的各项规章制度 保证与工厂同事完全和及时地沟通 与其他职能部门的密切合作，建立强有效的内外部合作关系 与其他部门同事一起参与部门绩效的提高，参与工厂的持续改善 直属经理交给的其他临时任务 Leadership Competence
