关于此职位 仓储技术专员（Warehouse Tech Specialist）应推动仓库自动化及持续改进方面的卓越运营。通过专业能力优化物料流动、提升效率，并在确保安全和质量标准的前提下实施精益方法。通过营造创新与动手解决问题的文化，该岗位将为建设高效、面向未来的仓储运营做出贡献。 您的主要工作内容 自动化项目实施： - 负责仓库自动化项目的端到端执行。 - 协调供应商及内部团队。 - 进行系统测试、验证及性能监控。 持续改进与精益项目： - 运用精益方法（如价值流图、5S、Kaizen）识别流程改进机会。 - 推动CI项目以降低成本、提升吞吐效率。 - 跟踪并汇报项目对关键运营指标的影响。 技术支持与故障排除： - 为自动化设备和系统提供技术支持。 - 与维修团队合作解决问题，减少停机时间。 - 编写流程文档并更新标准操作规程（SOP）。 SHE合规与风险管理： - 确保所有自动化和流程变更符合安全标准。 - 识别并降低新技术带来的潜在运营风险。 利益相关方协作： - 协同各团队运营需求，统一项目优先级。 - 对仓库员工进行新流程及设备的培训与指导。 职位要求 自动化、机械工程、电气工程或相关专业硕士学位。
