Maker人群创作者及多触点营销 Shenzhen Responsibilities 该岗位隶属Global Content Creator Marketing团队，是拓竹海外市场的核心增长岗位，约50%-60%精力投入KOL合作，40%-50%投入多触点运营。你需要以Maker人群为中心，深度经营欧美创作者生态，同时开发和运营社媒、社群等多元传播渠道，打通KOL合作与多触点运营的整合链路。也有机会向Lets Make It Fund等品牌项目延伸。核心职责1. KOL合作与内容共创面向欧美澳市场，持续挖掘并合作DIY、工程、创意制造等Maker相关垂类KOL，独立推进从创意共建到内容落地的全链路合作，将创作者转化为品牌深度伙伴。2. KOL资源池搭建基于不同市场、垂类和合作层级，建立结构化的创作者资源网络，满足日常推广、专项Campaign、产品首发等多场景需求。3. 内容策略与把控具备成熟的内容判断力，理解YouTube、Instagram、TikTok等平台的内容制作、分发、消费逻辑，与创作者共同打磨具备话题性和传播潜力的内容创意。4. 多触点阵地经营开发和运营社媒矩阵账号及Reddit、Facebook Groups、Discord等社群，深入理解Maker人群在各平台的活跃习惯，触达目标受众的同时打造有归属感的品牌阵地。5. 跨团队协作与项目管理与公司内部产品、广告、社媒、MakerWorld等团队协作，放大优质内容影响力。项目管理能力强，能同时推进多个长周期项目，稳定实现季度级标杆项目发布。 Qualifications 1. 本科及以上学历，英文可作为工作语言，能够自如与海外创作者及MCN进行高质量沟通与谈判。2. 3年及以上海外市场营销工作经验，有海外KOL合作、社媒运营或多触点营销的实际操盘经验，能独立拿结果。拥有丰富的海外KOL/创作者合作经验，熟悉海外社媒生态与创作者合作逻辑，具备优秀的BD能力。3. 具备成熟的内容判断力，对海外互联网内容保持敏锐感知，能从创作者视角、品牌视角、内容消费视角多维度把控方向。4. 了解欧美整体社会生活消费习惯，对消费电子领域的营销漏斗以及购买决策链有理解和思考。5. 熟悉Maker/DIY/工程/科技类创作者生态，理解Maker人群的文化特征与沟通语境，对创造有热情。6. 具备较强的自驱力与抗压能力，敢于挑战、敢于试错，能独立拿结果。加分项1. 有成功落地标杆级内容项目/爆款视频的经验。2. 个人运营过海外自媒体账号或在欧美有生活经验，懂内容痛点与流量逻辑。3. 掌握基础短视频剪辑与封面设计技能。4. 对3D打印及行业上下游等细分领域有深入了解。 Apply...
