Job Description: 职位概述 我们正在寻找一位积极主动、注重细节的运维工程师，加入充满活力的产品运维团队。该候选人将负责多个核心数字化产品及系统的端到端运维支持，确保系统高可用性、最优性能及流畅的用户体验。此岗位要求候选人具备出色的技术洞察力、以用户为中心的思维，以及跨部门与内部团队、外部供应商协作解决复杂问题、推进产品配置、维护安全标准的能力。作为团队的关键成员，你将在维护公司数字化生态系统稳定、推动产品迭代与业务目标对齐方面发挥核心作用。 主要职责 1. 多系统运维支持与故障排查 o 独立对多个数字化产品及系统中的问题进行端到端技术故障排查和根因分析，高效识别、区分并解决复杂问题（包括应用及云托管相关问题）。 o 主动监控应用稳定性和服务可用性，及时发现潜在风险，保障日常业务平稳运行。 o 通过清晰简洁的周度/月度运营报告，向相关方同步运营状态、待处理问题及事故解决方案。 2. 事故管理与服务支持 o 在指定的 IT 服务管理平台上，按照标准化流程和服务等级协议（SLA），准确记录、跟踪和处理所有事故、服务请求及用户咨询。 o 根据问题严重程度和业务影响划分优先级，及时将关键问题升级至对应团队，并跟进直至问题彻底解决。 o 负责生产环境故障应急响应与处置，对接外部供应商沟通排查思路、根因定位及技术解决方案，推动故障快速闭环。 o 为终端用户提供及时有效的技术支持，解决应用故障、系统错误及功能咨询需求，最大程度降低对业务的干扰。 3. 产品配置与运维执行 o 具备高度责任心和主动学习意识，深入理解所维护产品的功能逻辑、业务流程及技术架构。 o 按照业务需求和标准操作流程，完成产品配置、参数调整、权限管理及日常运维任务。 o 牵头协调外部供应商，完成产品相关配置、部署及授权工作，确保符合内部业务与技术标准。 4. 安全漏洞管理 o 与安全团队及其他相关部门紧密协作，处理发现的安全漏洞，对接供应商制定并实施修复方案，跟踪修复进度直至问题关闭。
