NPI阶段可服务性介入：参与新机型NPI评审，从可维修维度识别硬件设计、物料选型中的潜在风险，从源头降低售后成本；5. 维修/翻新策略制定：熟悉维修与翻新成本构成（人工、物料、改制、报废等），监控成本结构变化，识别降本空间，输出并推动维修/翻新策略优化落地。 Qualifications 1. 本科及以上学历，供应链管理、机械电子、工业工程、自动化等相关专业；2. 5年以上消费电子/智能硬件/汽车相关行业经验，并具备以下条件之一：◦ 有研发BOM管理经验，并了解售后BOM或备件管理；◦ 有售后BOM、备件计划、服务物料管理等相关经验；◦ 有ERP/PLM系统中BOM模块的操作经验；3. 具备数据分析和成本意识，能基于数据进行策略分析与优化；4. 具备良好的跨部门沟通能力和执行力。优先条件（非硬性要求）• 有正逆向BOM设计或备件策略制定经验；• 有无人机、手机、汽车等智能硬件行业经验；• 熟悉产品维修流程或售后服务体系。 Apply...
