CEO高级助理（战略运营方向） 北京 全职 互联网 / 电子 / 网游 职位描述 一、岗位定位本岗位是战略部的核心枢纽与CEO办公室的关键执行抓手。统管公司整体项目的全生命周期闭环推进与公司运营事项的统筹落地。二、岗位职责1. 战略解码与项目统筹（核心职责）- 协助CEO/战略部负责人将公司战略目标进行系统性分解，制定年度/季度战略落地计划与关键里程碑- 统筹公司级战略项目的全流程管理，覆盖项目筛选、立项评审、日常推进、阶段汇报、结项评奖等环节- 建立项目进度追踪与风险预警机制，确保各战略关键动作按既定路径落地，对阶段性成果负责。- 在“战役/战备”双线下，协调跨部门执行，实现成果可检核与策略动态升级。2. 团队管理与PMO体系建设- 直接管理并赋能分管研发项目、商务项目、公司运营等方向的战略PM团队- 建立团队OKR/KPI框架与复盘机制，推动目标拆解到人到项目- 搭建公司级项目管理办公室（PMO）的治理框架与标准化流程- 组织项目管理的知识沉淀、方法论输出与团队能力建设3. 运营事项推进与闭环管理- 统筹公司运营相关事项的推进，协调研发、商务、运营等各部门的日常工作关系与事务处理- 建立经营与交付的可视化管理看板：项目pipeline、关键里程碑、资源负载、绩效指标与风险项- 作为CEO办公室的执行抓手，推动关键战略事项落地，建立跨团队协同与问题闭环机制（含升级机制）4. 会议与决策管理- 负责核心会议与节奏管理：周会/月度经营会/季度复盘的议题收集、材料准备、会议纪要与行动项回收- 参与并跟进高层会议、主题会议等决策落实事宜- 主导面向高层的战略汇报材料撰写与阶段性成果输出 职位要求 三、任职要求1. 工作经验- 8年以上项目管理办公室（PMO）、业务运营、战略咨询或高管助理相关工作经验- 具备跨部门大型项目统筹协调经验，有从0到1搭建项目管理体系的经验优先- 有制造、科技、人工智能类企业工作经验者优先- 有团队管理经验，具备带领多位项目经理的能力2. 学历与专业- 全日制本科及以上学历，硕士优先，项目管理、工商管理、战略管理等相关专业优先- 持有PMP（项目管理专业人士） 证书或接受过同类项目管理专业培训者优先3. 核心能力-
