一、岗位职责（Key Responsibilities）1. 执行器 DFX 策略与设计前策在执行器（EMB、线性/旋转执行器、电机+齿轮箱类产品）研发早期阶段导入DFM / DFA / DFR / DFT / DFC 等 DFX 方法。从制造、装配、测试、可靠性、成本角度，将制造约束系统性前移至设计阶段。2. 注塑零部件与模具相关 DFX 职责（核心）2.1 注塑件设计可制造性（DFM）评估并指导执行器中注塑件的结构设计，包括但不限于：壁厚均匀性、加强筋设计倒扣结构、脱模斜度（Draft angle）分型面选择、镶件/滑块使用合理性识别并规避典型注塑风险：缩痕、翘曲、气痕、熔接线、缺料尺寸稳定性与批量一致性风险2.2 注塑模具方案评审参与并主导注塑模具 DFM / 模具方案 Review，重点关注：浇口形式与位置（点浇口 / 侧浇口 / 阶梯浇口等）流道与冷却系统布局合理性模具型腔数量与节拍匹配性排气设计、顶出方案从产品可靠性、量产稳定性和模具寿命角度提出改进建议。2.3 注塑工艺窗口与量产稳定性从 DFX 角度评估并参与定义关键注塑工艺参数窗口：注塑压力、保压、冷却时间模温、料温支持注塑件 CPK/PPK 能力评估，确保关键尺寸满足批量生产能力。3. 执行器装配可行性与注塑件相关
