ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES 1. 日常安保和突发事件处理(70%) 风险评估与合规 按照Global Security要求定期开展安保风险评估，维护园区/楼宇风险台账。 确保符合Global Security标准、地方法规、审计要求与数据隐私法律。 安保运营与保安队伍管理 负责张江园区/各区域AZ办公楼的日常安保运营，制定/更新SOP，并确保岗位全覆盖并严格执行岗位指令（Post Orders）。 监督和管理安保供应商、人员编制与排班，按标准开展绩效与服务质量评估，行程月度反馈。 开展例行检查，确保全体安保人员的专业性、合规性。 门禁与身份管理 管理工牌全生命周期与权限（开通，变更，分发与回收）、定期权限审查、访客管理，车辆/停车场，以及钥匙/门锁管控。 严格执行公司门禁与大堂/入口管理标准，覆盖员工、访客、驻场第三方、施工人员、快递等。 安全运营中心（SOC）及系统维保 统筹安防系统的运行，包括 CCTV、门禁、入侵报警、求助/胁迫系统及 SOC 控制台。 权限管理遵从“Need to know（知情即需）”原则 协同安防系统维保供应商，落实预防性维护、工单处理、系统升级与健康监测；按要求开展维保供应商评分与反馈。 事件管理与调查 担任安防事件首位响应/事件负责人，及时通过 GS Secure 报告案例；事件包括但不限于失窃、人身伤害、财物损坏、易制爆/危化/剧毒品泄漏等。 组织事实调查，并与 HR、法务、合规等部门协同处置。 围界、停车与收发货区域安全 管理围界防护、照明、出入口与停车秩序。 确保装卸货口及配送入口的安全与合规运营。 实验楼支持 非工作时间采集相关实验设备数据 紧急情况下按预案组织实验样本转移
