岗位职责 （一）核心主责：数据中心弱电系统架构全流程管控 主导大型/超大型数据中心、智算中心、模块化机房弱电智能化整体架构规划与专项方案设计，覆盖动环监控系统、综合布线系统、视频安防监控、门禁入侵报警、楼宇自控BA、应急广播、能耗监测、智能联动控制系统等全弱电体系。适配Tier3/Tier4、国标A级、金融、运营商、互联网等高等级数据中心标准，独立完成整体技术方案、架构图纸、系统计算书、成本测算、投标技术文件编制，针对不同项目场景输出标准化、定制化解决方案。 负责弱电系统新技术、新方案的调研验证与落地迭代，优化系统联动逻辑、智能化管控能力，解决高密度机房、微模块部署场景下的弱电适配、信号干扰、运维繁琐等行业痛点，提升系统稳定性与智能化水平。同时牵头搭建部门弱电专业设计规范、技术标准、选型手册、验收标准，形成可复制的标准化解决方案体系，赋能售前、交付、实施团队。 全程参与项目售前技术对接、需求评审、方案竞标、技术谈判，落地阶段负责图纸审核、技术交底、重难点问题攻关、现场技术支撑，跟进系统调试、联调、验收及复盘，全流程把控弱电系统设计质量与落地效果。 （二）辅助兼顾：数据中心消防系统合规与协同把控 兼顾项目配套消防专业技术工作，聚焦弱电关联消防系统，包括火灾自动报警系统、消防联动控制系统、电气火灾监控、消防电源监控、应急疏散系统等与弱电深度耦合的消防子系统，负责方案校核、逻辑对接、合规校验、跨专业联动优化。 配合专项消防方案落地，核对消防系统与动环、安防、楼宇自控的联动逻辑一致性，排查设计冲突、联动漏洞，保障消防与弱电系统一体化协同运行；把控项目消防基础合规性，协助完成消防报审、验收过程中的技术答疑、问题整改，无需独立承担全套消防专项总包设计工作，重点以协同、校核、联动优化、合规兜底为主。 跟进消防新规、弱电行业规范更新，同步迭代双专业设计标准，规避项目合规风险。 （三）跨专业协同与技术赋能 深度协同电气、暖通、结构、装修等专业团队，解决总包项目中弱电、消防与其他机电专业的交叉冲突，统筹整体方案统一性、合理性、可落地性；对接上下游设备厂商，完成核心设备选型、技术评审、参数适配与性能优化。同时负责内部双专业技术培训、案例沉淀、新人赋能，输出行业技术分析报告，持续提升公司基础架构一体化解决方案竞争力。 任职要求 1. 学历专业 本科及以上学历，建筑电气与智能化、电气工程及自动化、楼宇智能化、消防工程、机电一体化等相关专业，硕士学历优先。 2. 工作经验 5年及以上大型数据中心弱电智能化架构设计、方案落地经验，具备3年及以上架构师岗位经验；拥有多个国标A级、Tier3及以上大型IDC总包项目全周期落地经验。熟悉数据中心弱电全套体系，同时具备扎实的消防系统基础知识与项目协同经验，有维谛、华为、施耐德、头部IDC总包企业从业经验者优先。 3. 核心能力（岗位核心侧重） 核心强项（必备）：精通数据中心全套弱电智能化系统架构、设计逻辑、设备选型、联动机制，熟练掌握高等级数据中心弱电设计标准与落地流程，可独立牵头完成大型项目弱电整体架构方案与技术统筹。 辅助能力（必需）：熟悉数据中心主流消防系统，尤其精通消防报警、消防联动、应急疏散、电气火灾监控等与弱电关联系统，能够独立完成双专业联动校核、合规校验、问题整改，看懂全套消防图纸，可对接消防验收技术问题。 标准合规：熟练掌握GB50174、GB50016、GB50370等数据中心、弱电、消防核心国标规范，了解总包项目设计、报审、施工、验收全流程。 综合能力：具备优秀的方案撰写、PPT汇报、客户对接、跨部门协同能力，可独立支撑高端项目售前竞标与技术谈判，具备较强的问题攻关与风险把控能力。 4. 资质加分项 持有注册电气工程师、注册消防工程师、一级建造师（机电）、高级工程师职称优先； 有数据中心总包EPC项目弱电+消防一体化统筹经验者优先； 有模块化数据中心、智算中心、储能配套机房弱电消防落地经验者优先； 有行业技术标准、方案手册搭建沉淀经验者优先。 5. 综合素质 逻辑严谨、责任心强，具备极强的项目安全与合规意识；擅长多专业统筹协调，抗压能力优秀，可适配项目短期出差；主动跟进行业新技术、新规范迭代，具备持续创新与技术沉淀思维。...
