【26届校招】Software Engineer (All Levels) – 大模型与智能机器人系统广州、深圳正式互联网 / 电子 / 网游智能机器人板块职位描述我们正在寻找对大模型与智能机器人系统融合充满热情的软件工程师，参与构建面向真实世界场景的下一代智能体系统。你将负责设计并开发高性能、低延迟的软件架构，支撑大模型在车载或机器人平台上的端到端部署与推理，同时确保系统的实时性、稳定性与可扩展性。你将与算法、硬件及测试团队紧密协作，推动大模型与机器人感知、决策、控制模块的深度集成与系统级优化。核心职责：1、设计并实现面向机器人/车载平台的大模型推理与调度系统，支持本地化部署与高效推理；2、开发高性能软件模块，打通从模型加载、量化、推理到结果反馈的全链路；3、针对嵌入式或边缘计算平台（如 NVIDIA Orin/Thor）进行系统级性能调优与资源调度；4、与多模态大模型、具身智能等前沿方向协同，推动大模型在物理世界中的落地应用。职位要求1、计算机科学、电子工程、自动化或相关专业本科及以上学历；2、精通 C++，具备扎实的系统编程与底层优化能力；3、熟悉 Linux 环境下的开发、调试与性能分析工具；4、具备机器人或车载系统开发背景，熟悉 ROS 1/2 或其他 DDS 通信中间件。优先考虑（加分项，任意一条即可）：1、有大语言模型（LLM）本地部署经验，熟悉 vLLM、TensorRT-LLM等推理框架；2、熟悉 CUDA 编程、GPU 内存管理及并行计算优化，有实际使用 TensorRT 进行模型转换、量化与推理优化的经验；3、有在 NVIDIA Orin、Thor 等车载 SoC 上部署大模型或复杂 AI 系统的经验；4、对具身智能（Embodied AI）、多模态大模型与机器人交互有浓厚兴趣或项目经验。投递...
