职位描述 我们正在寻找一位兼具扎实传统后端架构能力与敏捷 AI 落地思维的 Agent 技术研发工程师。你会深扎于全球教育业务场景（智能服务、业务流程自动化、AI 导师）的系统构建者。你将负责设计并实现企业级 Agent 框架，将内部复杂的业务流转化为高效的智能体协同网络，探索 AI 原生应用的创新边界，让 AI 技术转化为清晰可见的业务价值。 工作职责 1、AI技术探索与落地：负责跟踪并研究 LLM、多模态、Agent、Agent OS 等前沿 AI 技术，探索其在企业办公协同、数据大脑、流程自动化等场景下的落地应用。 2、AI 协作接口研发：设计并搭建高效的 AI 协同接口规范，支持内部和2C的各种业务场景使用。 3、Skills集成与标准化：负责 Skills、MCP的调研与打通，构建标准化连接器，实现 AI 模型与企业内部数据源、工具集（Tools）的无缝集成和场景化Skill提取。 4、智能体构建：基于业务需求设计并开发高可用的 AI Agent，优化 Prompt 工程、RAG（检索增强生成）流程，提升 AI 在复杂办公场景下的响应准确率与执行效率。 5、性能优化与维护：持续优化在实际应用中的推理延迟、成本及稳定性，协助解决产品研发过程中出现的性能相关问题。 任职资格 1、学历背景：本科及以上学历，计算机、数学、统计学、人工智能等相关专业优先。 2、从业经验：5年以上后端系统开发经验，1年以上 AI
